Rock Star! Customer Service Reps
As a Rock Star! Customer Service Representative:
- You are Attentive, positive, and highly detail oriented with outstanding communication skills.
- You are the Voice of the company.
- You Achieve a minimum quality score of 95%, while maintaining great attendance and punctuality.
- You Document with accuracy and consistently obtain a minimum score of 98%.
- You Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to assist each customer.
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Being available at your desk to take incoming calls from customers
- Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Adhering to Ansafone’s privacy policies and procedures to ensure each customer’s privacy is protected
- Recording electronic customer transactions accurately and with every contact
- Completing assignments while working with customers, callers, and co- workers under limited time frames
- Performing other duties as assigned
You meet the following Requirements:
- 1 year previous call center experience (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-organized and able to handle pressure
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing
