Founded in 1970, Ansafone Communications, is a full service Call Center, located in downtown Santa Ana, CA. Incorporated as Ansafone Communications, a Division of Ephonamation.com in December 1999, this privately held company is now directed by President, Randall J. Harmat, who succeeded his father, Joseph Harmat a decade ago. During his tenure, Ansafone has succeeded in its quest to recruit and retain a premier management team to carve its course into the 21st century.

 

Ansafone's corporate philosophy is to combine state of the art technology with old-fashioned customer service. Aggressive marketing and a total commitment to quality have made Ansafone into the fastest growing call center in Southern California. Offering a wide range of services, Ansafone supports one of the most diverse groups of clients in the industry. Services include bilingual inbound/outbound telemarketing, third party verification, direct response order-taking, catalog sales, seminar reservations and appointment setting, database management, direct mail, voice mail and customized customer service operations.
