Randall Harmat – President & CEO
As an entrepreneur, Randy succeeded his father in 1999 and has grown his family business (founded in 1970) into a modern, cutting edge, fully bilingual inbound and outbound contact center solution. He provides strategic direction to the overall organization and engages in bringing on new clients with his sales team. Randy graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelors in Science in Business Administration and has completed the MIT’s Entrepreneurial Masters’ program.
Jennifer Oliveros – Vice President
Jennifer oversees the operational aspects of the organization within the Client Services, Operations, Workforce Management, and Information Technology departments. She is responsible for oversight of the organization, strategic planning, financial and operational planning and business analysis. She has a Bachelors of Science in Management from Biola University and a MBA in finance from the University of Redlands. Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience in large and small call center environments, specifically in business measurements and operations.
Tim Austrums – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Tim brings over 20 years of Contact Center executive sales and marketing expertise to ANSAFONE. His reputation of integrity and client relationships have gained him success and respect throughout the BPO industry. He not only builds new business opportunities but also nurtures relationships in multiple market verticals including: Health & Life Insurance, Retail, Financial Services, Education, Energy, Government, Wireless/Broadband, Pharmaceutical, Utilities, Tech Support, Consumer Products/Recalls, and Data Breaches. Tim is responsible for new business development, marketing strategy, and management of the Sales and Marketing team.
Chris Gronberg – Director of Sales
As Director of Sales & Marketing, Chris leads a sales team of national sales professionals at Ansafone Contact Centers. Chris brings to Ansafone more than 20 years in national sales and leadership experience spanning sales, contact centers and answering service industries. Chris is a veteran in the contact center and answering service market and has held key leadership roles in sales, general management, sales management, services, marketing, supply chain and operations.
Carrie Gill – Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, Carrie leads a team of service professionals in providing top notch customer service. An 18-year veteran of the outsource service industry, Carrie began her career as a customer service representative, which allowed her to build an awareness of the complexities involved in the day-to-day operation of a contact center environment. She and her team manage many accounts in various verticals, from the smallest startups to national Fortune 500 corporations. She received her Bachelors from the University of the South.
Jared Mendez – Director of Information Technology & Integration
Jared has over 10 years of information technology experience, Project Oversight and Management experience; he joined the Ansafone team in 2001. At Ansafone, Jared has overseen the implementation and continued success of some of our largest client relationships. His experience in SQL, Web Development, and Reporting Platforms brings a depth of knowledge to the client implementation and campaign sustainability.
Lynda Owens – Director of Operations, East Coast
Lynda has over 14 years in the management field and has been in customer service industry for 29 years. She started out an agent and worked through many departments within the call center and for the past 5 years, was given the responsibility to oversee the day to day operations in the Florida office.
Meredith Gaitanis – Controller
As the Controller of Ansafone Communication Companies, Meredith Gaitanis is responsible for all aspects of corporate financial and management reporting, including, but not limited to, internal control oversight, risk management, and corporate financial planning and analysis. Meredith brought to the position her 16 years of prior accounting experience, which she obtained working in various industries. Meredith’s career began with 9 years in the banking industry, where she was rapidly promoted through positions of increasing responsibility, leading up to her final position as a Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Thereafter, Meredith moved on to hold positions ranging from Firm Administrator of a public accounting firm to Controller of an national construction commodities corporation. Meredith earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Leo University and has continued to augment her accounting and managerial education through continuing education courses, her work in community-based volunteer organizations, and as a member of various industry wide networking organizations.
