Company Overview

Founded in 1970, Ansafone Contact Centers is a full service Contact Center with its corporate headquarters located in Santa Ana, CA. The operations were incorporated as Ansafone Contact Centers, a division of Inc. in December 1999. This privately held company is directed by its sole shareholder, CEO and President Randall J. Harmat. During his tenure, Ansafone has succeeded in its quest to recruit and retain a results-driven management team to carve its course into the 21st century, creating the best contact center company in the industry.

Ansafone started taking on higher profile clients in the 1990s with a large financial organization. Our partnership with this client was instrumental in elevating Ansafone to a higher level of outsourced call center skill sets and organizational maturity required to handle larger, complex clients with competency. In 2006, Ansafone expanded by opening up another location in Ocala, FL, bringing hundreds of new jobs to the city. Ansafone’s call center locations on both coasts enables them to accommodate clients nationwide while maintaining an active disaster recovery plan.

Today, Ansafone provides everything from large scale contact center solutions for Fortune 1000 companies to basic answering services for small businesses.
